What is the The Colours Are Brighter Loyalty Program?
Our loyalty program is a special way for us to thank you for being a part of our community. You'll earn rainbow rewards on every purchase, and for other fun actions, which you can then redeem for discounts and special perks!
How do I join?
It's easy! Simply click on the rewards icon on the bottom corner of our website and follow the steps to create an account. You'll get rainbow rewards just for signing up! If you already have an account with us, you're all set and can start earning straight away.
How do I earn rainbow rewards?
There are lots of ways to earn rainbow rewards and watch your balance grow! You'll earn rainbow rewards for every dollar you spend with us, but you can also earn them for:
- Making a purchase
- Following us on social media
- Celebrating your birthday with us
How do I redeem my rainbow rewards?
Once you've earned enough rainbow rewards, you can redeem them for a voucher to use on your next purchase. Simply log in to your account, click on the rewards icon, and select the reward you'd like to redeem. You'll then be given a unique code to use at checkout.
Can I use my rainbow rewards in-store and online?
Yes! Our loyalty program works both in-store and online. Just ask one of our friendly team members in the shop to add your rainbow rewards to your account or redeem a reward for you.
Do my rainbow rewards expire?
Yes, rainbow rewards will expire after 12 months of inactivity. But don't worry, as long as you earn or spend rainbow rewards at least once a year, your rainbow rewards will remain active!
What happens to my rainbow rewards if I return an order?
If you return an item, the rainbow rewards you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
How is this different from the Credits for Colours program?
Our new loyalty program is all about rewarding you for your purchases! Our Credits for Colours program is a separate initiative where you can earn store credit for bringing back pre-loved items to be re-sold. Both are great ways to be a part of our circular community!
